Ingredients

    2 large Eggland Eggs
    1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper
    1/4 Cup raw onion
    .5 serving (49g) Hormel Canadian Bacon
    1 oz Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa
    Pam Cooking Spray, Original (1 second spray)

Directions

Makes one serving (2 egg omlete)

Prep: Chop bell peppers, onions, kielbasa and canadian bacon. Beat eggs.

Cooking: Place skillet over medium high heat. Spray skillet with Pam. Pour in eggs. As eggs start to set,tilt the pan and lift the edges of the omelet to distribute more egg to the hot surface.

When the egg is almost completely set, sprinkle the remaining ingredients over one half of the omelet. Fold omelet in half and slide onto a plate.
