Introduction
This is a blend of roasted buckwheat, eggs and veggies. I really don't like breakfast food so I am always having to come up with something more like dinner. Ingredients

1 C Wolffs Kasha
2 eggs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chicken broth or water
1/2 onion chopped
1 celery stalk chopped
1 c chopped mushrooms
salt, pepper and any other spices to your liking
Directions
Servings per box of kasha 8
Prepared Serving Size 3/4 cup
1. Heat liquid, olive oil and seasoning to boiling.
2. At same time heat some olive oil and saute veggies until onions are translucent.
3.) lightly beat egg in a bowl, add kasha and stir together.
4.) In seperate skillet, add kasha and egg mix and cook over high heat 2-3 minutes until egg is starting to dry out.
5.) stir in boiling liquid and veggies, Cover and simmer 7-10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
