Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 5 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    *Applesauce, Lucky Leaf, 1 cup (remove)
    *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 2 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Place apples and applesauce in glass casserole dish. top with dry ingredients. Bake at 350 until apples are soft. (30-40 minutes)

    This was ok. I am not the greatest chef but it was easy to make. It was kind of bland, I think some splenda or Truvia sprinked on top before cooking may helped. I added some after and it sweetened up some. - 2/21/10
