Ingredients

    1 small can RoTel diced tomatoes with green chilies (283 g)
    2 cans Bush's low sodium pinto beans (908 grams)
    Campbell's Beef Broth (298 g)
    Del Monte Diced Potatoes (411 g)
    Veg-All Veggies (822 g)
    32 ounces Low Sodium V8 Juice
    1 lb. lean ground sirloin
    1 small onion

Directions

Cook onion and hamburger together until hamburger is brown.
All do all the other ingredients.
May be cooked in a crockpot or on top of stove.
May sprinkle finely shredded mild cheddar cheese on top of each serving.
