This salad is quick and easy to make, delicious, low calorie, and unexpensive. This salad is quick and easy to make, delicious, low calorie, and unexpensive.

Ingredients

    Fresh spinach
    Seaweed
    Sesame seeds
    Olive oil
    Vinegar
    Mustard
    Salt

Directions

Soak the seaweed for 10 minutes in cold water, then boil it for 10 minutes and drain. Make a vinegrette with the olive oil, vinegar, mustard and salt. Mix spinach, seaweed, sesame seeds and vinegrette. Enjoy!

  • I guessed on the quantities -- 1/2 c spinach, 2/3 c seaweed, .5 tbsp of oil and of vinegar, .5 tsp of mustard, 2 grates of sea salt. Added a little green onion, one slice of slivered bacon. This tasted ok but was salty. - 1/16/11
