I guessed on the quantities -- 1/2 c spinach, 2/3 c seaweed, .5 tbsp of oil and of vinegar, .5 tsp of mustard, 2 grates of sea salt. Added a little green onion, one slice of slivered bacon. This tasted ok but was salty.
