This is another mod on a Rachel Ray 30 minute meal. I used laughing cow cheese (only 30 cals each!) instead of the cheese that she suggests along with a little less olive oil. I like to eat this with roasted asparagus or baked spaghetti squash.

This is a healthier version due to use of Heart Smart Bisquick, turkey breast , canola oil and skim milk and not as creamy.
May be made a day ahead of time. Wrapped and stored in frig, ready to cook when everyone is ready to smell the lovely fragrance of the holiday. Very low fat version if made without the turkey, baked in casserole. We always add brussel sprouts and sometimes potatoes to the roasting pan. Makes delicious pan roasted veggies easy peasy.
Very good and very filling 3 wraps each person , but honestly you can probably do 2 for each and serv 3.
