heart healthy oatmeal oat bran cereal
Being diabetic I had to find a way to lower the Gycemic index of oatmeal. The addition of oat bran and ground flax seed accomplishes this. The flax seed also adds a nutty taste to the oatmeal and adds omega 3 fatty acids.This oatmeal is great for you!
