    1 1/4 c flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 c brown sugar
    3 c raisin bran cereal
    1 1/4 c water
    1 egg
    1/3 c applesauce (unsweetened)


Remove from oven and let the muffins set for 5 minutes, then they come out easily from the muffin tin.


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Stir together flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Set aside. Measure cereal and water into mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 - 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and applesauce. Beat well. Add flour mixture to cereal mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 muffin pan cups. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
