Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 C Hodgson Mill Oat Bran
    1 T flax seed meal
    1 T brown sugar
    10 grams raisins (about 20)
    1/2 t vanilla (or almond) extract, or to taste (optional)
    1 C water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in microwave safe bowl.
microwave on 40% power for 4 minutes, stiring after 2 minutes. Cook additional time at 40% power if neccessary.

Adjust water or cooking time to suit desired consisitency or accomodate microwave variations

    Incredible!
    Loved this! and so did my 2 year old daughter. I made hers with raspberries and honey and mine using the above recipe. I also used half vanilla almond milk instead of brown sugar and half water. I will definitely be making this on a regular basis. Highly recommended. - 7/25/09

    this is very good, I did make mine with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup silk lite, used stevia instead of brown sugar no vanilla extract and frozen cherries and blueberries, thanks for great base recipe - 4/20/09
