I have tried this recipe a few times and I absolutely love it. The higher temperature makes the skin brown very well and the flavor from the simple seasonings is terrific. I use this recipe when I bake chicken, too. Great! - 7/25/09

Something is wrong with the csodium content of this recipe! My ears went straight up when I saw the sodium content so I checked the Huneysuckle turkey breast I will be using and the label says 540 mg. Since the sodium in the other ingredients is negligible, how can there be 2,532.3 mg. per servin - 10/21/10

We enjoyed turkey breast instead of a whole turkey this Thanksgiving. I didn't know how to roast one though, so thank you VERY MUCH for providing such a tasty and EASY recipe. I knew someone would have a recipe, but I forgot to look until it was roasting time. Thanks for saving our meal! - 11/28/09

    O.K.
Just made this. It was a tad dry, and I didn't find it overly flavourful- next time will probably double the spices and half the oil. Had with an arugula and spinach salad with bolthouse light Caesar dressing. - 11/21/10
