Mini Pizzas - Ham & Pineapple - Under 160 calories each!!!
This recipe is awesome and very easy to make! My family loved it, and my husband said, "It's just like eating real pizza!"
The information above is for only one pizza, but when you buy the ingredients, there will be enough for at least 8 servings.
The shopping list is pretty simple:
Earth Grains Thin Buns 100% Wheat (8 buns = 16 pizzas)
1 bottle of Contadina Pizza Squeeze Pizza Sauce
1 can of Dole Pineapple Chunks
1 block of low-cal Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
1 package of ham (We used Healthy Ones Deli Thin-Sliced Honey Ham)
