Great snack but not too many. Calories can add up quickly. Submitted by:

cant wait to make it for lunch. Will substitute for 100% whole wheat tortillas but will cut back on beans for calorie range :-) Submitted by:

What is a good way to use up the leftover "scraps" from cutting the corn tortillas?? Seems like a waste to throw it away! I was thinking I could spray it with some cooking spray and sea salt then bake until crispy to make chips. But I've never done that before. Would it work? Other ideas welcome! Submitted by:

I use my own beans, not from a can and low fat cheddar cheese. These are made only for entertaining, there isn't much protein in a serving for me. Submitted by:

I have never used phyllo dough for miniature cup appetizers, though, done with wonton wrappers. I have used this recipe last year and it came out fantastic, though, had to avoid the re-fried beans in my cups to further reduce sodium. I shall surely try once again with Phyllo without chickening out. Submitted by:

I just made some tonight using small wonton wrappers. They were yummy. I did use any beans (didn't think of them), but I did use some Wholely Guamole (100 cal. pack) and a little fat free sour cream and reduced fat cheese. Submitted by:

Super easy recipe. Bought premade phyllo shells for tiny 'bites' and Mission low-fat tortillas to make bigger cups. Used salt-free taco seasoning from Penzey's. Great to catch turkey chili or Meg's Chicken Provencal. Submitted by:

Can anyone tell me the sugar grams or if there are any? None of the recipes on here give sugar grams and some of us have to count them as well as calories! Looks like a great recipe! Submitted by:
