Finally, a turkey meatloaf that is flavorful and moist! And so easy to throw together. I love the built in portion control, too. I followed the recipe exactly, cooked it at 375 for around 35 minutes, and it was perfect. This is a definite addition to my dinner rotation. - 2/1/09

This was a great recipe. It was simple to make and tasted great. Note: frozen and reheated servings were a little too dry compaired to fresh out of oven. - 11/12/07

I cut the recipe in half an made 9 mini loaves. I baked mine at 375 for about 30 min (since previous rating cooked theirs at 350 for 45 min). I love having portion control. They came out great. I'll try freezing some. - 9/9/07
