Introduction

These yummy treats are sure to satify any sweet tooth. These yummy treats are sure to satify any sweet tooth.
Number of Servings: 120

Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana, mashed
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
    2 eggs
    12 packets Truvia

    5 cups Old Fashioned Oats
    1/4 cup ground flaxseed
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    2 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark cocoa powder

    2 3/4 cups skim milk

    3/4 cup Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate chips
    3/4 cup shredded coconut

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix banana, vanilla extract, applesauce, eggs and Truvia in large mixing bowl.
Mix in oats, flax, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Stir and fold until well mixed.
Add milk and combine.
Mix in chocolate chips and coconut.

Line mini cupcake pan with paper liners.
Spoon 1 rounded teaspoon in to each liner.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Enjoy them warm or freeze them for later!
