Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I made mine a bit bigger so a little more calories but worth it.
Quick, easy, low calorie treat
Why do these recipes include packaged ingredients? I have never made a pudding mix, fat free or otherwise.
I am very careful with the sugar free now days as many have aspertame. Calorie count goes up with these when not using sugar free but more health. I really enjoy making them and enjoying too.
I made a simpler version with only 2 ingredients, a bag of frozen peaches and white choc sugar-free fat-free pudding. Thaw peaches, run through blender. In bowl, stir peaches and dry mix. Instead of cups, I used a muffin tin. Let set a couple minutes, add popsicle sticks; freeze. Big hit here!
awesome and they are 18 calories..
These pops were so good - reminded me of pudding pops they used to sell! I couldn't find white chocolate sugar free mix, so I used vanilla, and added in some blueberries. Really good! Going to try w/chocolate pudding and strawberries next time! Thanks for a great recipe - I will make these often!
I found them messy as well so i just ditched the "pop" and eat it like ice cream .. great low carb treat! I kept them small making them bigger would have been to much carbs! Great idea .. I MISS ICE CREAM this helped!
I made a different variation of this in which I just sliced up a banana and some strawberries, put a toothpick through it, dipped it into sugar-free 'cheesecake' flavored pudding and put them in the freezer.
