Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I used whole eggs, too -- as BEERAB mentioned -- 5 eggs. Yes it changes the calorie count, but I find it tastes beter than liquid egg substitute.
I thought i'd try it with a cup of egg whites and 2 whole eggs. Turned out great! I also used steamed fresh spinach, minced garlic and low fat cheddar - absolutely DEELISH! Topped it off wiht a little franks red hot after cooking - feels decadent!
These came out perfect! and i forgot to grease the pan lol. left out the salt n pepper to knock out the sodium 9never been a big fan of pepper) Absolutely love em and so did my kids who won't eat anything green lol.
So YUMMY! Great, easy recipie......packed with nutrition! I also doubled it to fill my 12 cup muffin pan. I can't do regular milk so used my rice milk, used fresh spinach, added diced onion & ham. WONDERFUL! I've already shared this recipe with several friends & will make these often!
Very good- I used 5 whole eggs instead of a substitute, could have used a bit more garlic salt- but I will definitely make this again!
