These are really great exept every time I make them they stick to the muffin pan even though I use Pam spray. I guess I need to use muffin liners next time. - 7/30/09

These are fabulous. I used eggstirs (real egg product), soy milk (can't have the real stuff) and sargento reduced fast sharp cheddar only 83 calories each.I will be putting this recipe on my menu permanently! - 6/26/10

I made these for dinner last night and they were delicious. I think next time I will try what other people have done and lower the calorie content. Oh and by the way I used muffin liners aswell as cooking spray and still had a hard time getting them out! - 2/4/11

These are so easy and so delicous...my husband and teenagers loved them...and requested I make them more often...thanks for the recipe...yummy!! Would it work if I used muffin liners instead of the nonstick spray??
