Ingredients

    1 large orange
    2-10oz pkg fresh spinach
    450 g fresh strawberries
    1/4 c white sugar
    1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
    1 tbsp poppy seeds
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp chopped onion (can be minced too)

Directions

Tear spinach into bite-sized pieces (if using baby spinach- no need to). Cut strawberries and oranges into small pieces. Combine the rest of the ingredients into a small container that has a lid. Shake well and add to spinach strawberries and oranges. Toss well. Makes about 5 servings. (I have used Splenda rather than the white sugar and it tastes fine).
