Ingredients

    16 oz., thin cut pork chops
    1 1/2 c. white rice
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 can. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. 1% milk
    1 tsp. dijon mustard
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Spray 9x13" dish with nonstick spray. Pour rice in bottom of dish. Pour chicken broth over top of rice. Place pork chops on top of rice. In a medium bowl, mix soup, milk, mustard, and seasonings. Pour over pork chops. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes of baking. Bake in 375 oven for 30-40 minutes or until rice and pork chops are done. serve with broccoli or cauliflower.
