Never made this one before - just wanted to get the calories down and save the recipe. Let me know how much it makes. Ingredients

    1 c. cranberry juice
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. creme de cassis
    1 tbsp grated orange zest
    2 tsp grated lemon zest
    1 cinnamon stick
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    3 large, ripe pears, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
    1/2 c. dried apricots, halved
    1/2 c. dried cranberries

Directions

1. Combine cranberry juice, sugar, creme, zests, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Pour mixture into slow cooker.

2. Stir in butter, pears, apricots, and cranberries. Cook on low 4-6 hours (or high 2-3 hours) or until pears are tender. Discard cinnamon stick. Serve hot/warm over ice cream.
