Calcium, protein, and vitamin packed, this quick snack will not leave you hungry. Calcium, protein, and vitamin packed, this quick snack will not leave you hungry.

Ingredients

    • 1 4 oz. container of strawberry nonfat yogurt
    • 1 cup frozen strawberries
    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1 cup frozen cherries
    • 2 cups orange juice
    • 1 cup fruit punch Gatorade

Directions

Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth.



Makes 4 servings.

    Used a blend of frozen and fresh fruit, and also used propel fitness water instead of Gatorade. Tasted great. - 9/7/09

    Leave out the Gatorade! No need to add artificial junk food to an otherwise healthy drink. I use orange juice or skim milk, along with a scoop of vanilla soy protein powder (trader joes is great). Great power drink to start your day strong. - 11/15/09

    I add soy protein powder and tofu to bulk up the protein. Great for all you menopausal ladies fussing with hot flashes. - 10/7/09
