Ingredients

1 and 1/2 lbs. salmon - skinned and cut into six filets
1/4 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce
1 (8oz) can pineapple chunks - drain and reserve 1/4 juice
1 sm can mandarin orange (about 1/2 cup) drained
1/4 cup diced red onions
2 Tbs honey
1 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs chopped cilantro
2 limes
1/4 tsp black pepper
dash salt
Directions
Mix together pineapple juice and teriyaki, heat to low boil until slightly thickened. Grate 1 tsp. zest from limes. Using sharp knife, cut ends off limes, stand up and carefully cut away peel. Dice into
1/2 pieces. Stir with oranges, pineapple, onion, honey, oil, chopped cilantro, zest, dash of salt and the pepper. Set aside.
Oil grate on grill. Baste salmon with sauce and grill on med heat around 4-5 min on each side - depending on thickness. Or place on sprayed baking sheet and bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven 15-17 min.
Plate up salmon and top with salsa.
