    I large Egg Plant, 450 gram(s)
    4 tbls. olive oil,
    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    Tomato Sauce, .25 cup
    Milk, 1%, 3 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    *Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 cloves


saute eggplant slices (1cm thick sliced) in 3tbs oil until brown. Set on paper towel while you saute onion and garlic in tbsp oil. add ground beef, brown. add tomato sauce and 1 tsp of each oregano, cinnamon and nutmeg.
place eggplant in a layer in a 12X9 pan. layer sauce, then egglant. make white sauce.
blend milk and flour. pour into a pot with Parmesan cheese. heat till thick. add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. pour over last layer of eggplant.
Bake for 30 min at 350.
