Ingredients

    1 cup cooked chicken
    1 tbsp grapeseed oil, or oil of your choice
    1 bag oriental style vegetables (thawed)
    1 bag of tofu shirataki noodles
    2 tbsp peanut butter (or less to your taste)
    2 tbsp lite soy sauce
    1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp ginger root or ground ginger

Directions

Heat chicken in pan with oil. Then add peanut butter, chicken stock, ginger, and soy sauce. Stir until all is mixed well. Add noodles and vegetables. Cook until heated through and serve.
