Ingredients

    Salt, 0.99 tsp
    Peanut Oil, 2.01 tbsp
    Plantains, 3 cup slices
    Garlic, 0.99 tsp
    Ginger Root, 0.99 tsp
    Onions, raw, 0.99 cup, chopped
    Spinach, frozen, 2.01 package (10 oz) yields
    Dried beef, 1 oz
    Shrimp, raw, 3 oz
    Peanuts, dry-roasted, 0.51 cup

Directions

In preparation, boil dried beef to tenderness. Drain out water from defrosted spinach. Boil and blend peanut to a paste. Heat up oil in skilet. Add onions to tenderness. Add garlic and ginger and stir. Add 2 cups of water and let simmer. Add salt to taste. Add blended peanut and let cook for at least 15 minutes while stirring to avoid burning. Add shrimp and finally add spinach. Let cook for about 5 minutes and serve with tenderly boiled plantains.
