Ingredients

    6 tsp. brown sugar Splenda
    5 tsp. Dijon Mustard
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 Salmon fillets

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In small bowl whisk together Splenda, mustard, lemon juice, and pepper.
3.Heat non-stick skillet (you may want to spray it with a little cooking spray). Brown salmon on both sides for 3 minutes each side.
4. Coat with brown sugar/mustard mixture.
5. Transfer skillet to oven. Bake until glaze caramelizes and fish is cooked through (approximately 5 minutes).
