Ingredients

    2 stalks celery, cut on bias
    2 carrots, cut on bias
    1/2 to 1 med sweet onion, chopped
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    2 T Orrington Farms Chicken flavoring
    juice of half a lemon
    2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
    1 T fresh thyme
    2 T fresh curly parsley
    1/2 t creole seasoning
    2 cups uncooked no yolk noodles
    1 T Olive Oil
    2 qt. water

Directions

Makes 9 1-cup servings
1) Cut mire poix
2) Saute in Olive Oil
3) Add water and bring to boil.
4) Add chicken seasoning and creole seasoning.
5) Bring back to boil add noodles and chicken and cook until noodles are done.
