Introduction

Raspberry No cook Jelly made with pomona citrus pectin and Honey Raspberry No cook Jelly made with pomona citrus pectin and Honey

Ingredients

    4 cups Mashed Fresh/Frozen Organic Raspberries
    1 cup Honey
    1/4 lemon juice
    3 tsp pomona citrus pectin
    3/4 cup of water
    12 t calcium water

Directions

Mash fruit, strain fruit, add honey adjust to taste, add lemon juice. Let mixture sit while you mix heat to boil water then add pectin and water to food processor mix until pecin is completely dissolved and thick. Stir in pectin then stir in calcium water until jell forms about 2 minutes. Fill jars to 1/2 inch and place immediatley in Freezer. lasts 1 week in refridgerator. May be softer set than cooked jam.
