Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    5 Cups Frozen Cauliflower (or fresh)
    1Tbsp minced garlic
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan or italian cheese blend
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Steam cauliflower in microwave with a little bit of water for 10-12 minutes or until really soft.

Carefully take out of microwave, drain and take a potato masher or fork and mash throughly.

Preheat oven for 350 degrees.

Once mashed mix in the cheese. Then bake in oven for 25-30 minutes.

    It was good! The texture was a little off, but that may have been my fault. I will probably make it again, it was a good alternative to potatoes. - 9/3/10
