Ingredients

    2 tbs butter
    1/3 cup Flour
    1/2 cup cheese diced
    2 cups milk (any %)
    1 Lge Tin Tuna in Springwater
    1 Tin Corn
    2 medium onions Diced

Directions

Fry Onions (diced) in butter then when translucent add flour then milk to make bechemal style sauce. Add Cheese and allow to melt. Add other ingredients and season to taste. I like lemon pepper & lemon Juice.

    Very nice. I added frozen peas corn and capsican as that was all I had in and it was lovely. Served it with toast as quick filling meal. - 6/22/07
