Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

rolled oats, wheat bran (I recommend using Bob's Red Mill Wheat Bran, then use half of what recipe calls for and it contains more fiber), flaxseed, nutmeg, french vanilla splenda, dried berries, soy milk

Directions

To make ahead of time add all dry ingredients except dried berries:

7 C. Quaker rolled oats
0.875 C. (14 Tbsp.) Bob's Red Mill Wheat Bran
7 Tbsp. Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed
1 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
30 packets French Vanilla Splenda

To prevent dried berries from settling at bottom, add just before cooking:

2 Tbsp. dried blueberries or craisins
3/4 C. (soy) milk

Add milk after berries. Microwave 2-3 minutes. Stir before serving.
