Introduction

Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2 15 oz cans Tomato Sauce
    1 6oz can Tomato Paste
    2 cans Mushroom Peices
    2 15oz cans Diced Tomatoes
    1 Medium Onions chopped
    1 cup Yellow Peppers chopped (about 1 pepper)
    1 cup Red Bell Pepper chopped (about 1 pepper)
    1 cup Orange Bell Pepper chopped (about 1 pepper
    1 tsp Dill weed
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    1 tsp Sea Salt,
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried,
    1 tsp Tarragon, ground
    1 tsp Basil, 1 tsp
    1 tsp Parsley, dried

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crock pot/slow cooker. Stir to mix well and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

I used rainbow peppers but you could just use green peppers too. Also The spice blend used is my own, feel free to experiment!

    This was so yummy and so nice to come back to after a long day at work!! I just added veggie meatballs and used low sodium tomato stuff. Super yummy thanks for sharing!! - 4/14/10
