Ingredients

    6 ounces diced cooked canadian style bacon
    2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
    1/2 cup diced celery
    2 tablespoons chopped green onion
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lemon juice amd dijon style mustard
    dash salt and pepper
    4 chilled lettuce leafs
    6 cherry tomatoes; cut into halves

Directions

In large bowl combine all ingredietns except lettuce and tomatoes; cover and refrigerate utnil chlled.

On serving platter arrance lettuceleaves; spoon mixture onto lettuce and surround cherry tomatoes.
