Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
    1.5 cloves garlic
    1 tbs. olive oil
    1 Jar Prego Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce
    3/4 package Barilla Spaghetti Plus, thin spagetti noodles

Directions

Slice or dice chicken into bite size pieces
In sauce pan, satay garlic with 1 tbs. olive oil
cook chicken in oil and garlic, until no pink left. (drain excess chicken juice)
Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for about 25 minutes
In separate pan prepare spaghetti noodles
Eat as you would normal spaghetti

Makes about 8, 3/4 cup servings
