100 grams chopped beef sirloin--1 tsp olive oil--3 cloves of garlic--2 tsp. grated ginger root--1 cup of beef broth--1/2 cup water-- bisto gravey thickener3 tsp.-- 1 medium chopped onion--2 bunches of fresh brocolli--1/2tsp cinnamon--1/2tbsp of curry powder--1 tsp. cumin--1tsp. turmeric
Directions
brown the beef and garlic in olive oil in a non-stick pan -add spices and broth. bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. add brocolli and onions cover and steam for 5 minutes, stir bisto and water and add to beef and brocolli mixture. simmer until thickened . good served on a bed of rice or whole wheat no yolk egg noodles
