Ingredients

    Deming's skinless & boneless Wild Alaska Pink Salmon 6.25 Cups
    1 jumbo fresh egg
    1/4 Cup Quaker Oats, Old Fashioned, 1/2 Cup
    1 Dash black pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground, thyme
    1/4 tsp. ground marjoram
    1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Form into four patties. Broil 5 minutes on each side or until browned.
