Ingredients

    1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoon Cilantro
    1 Tablespoon dried basil leaves
    1 pound lean ground turkey, 99% fat free
    1 can 14.5 oz diced or stewed tomatoes
    1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
    1 can of water
    2 pouches of Boil-in-Bag Success Whole Grain Brown Rice

Directions

1.) In a large skillet brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add seasoning salt to taste (optional).
2.) Boil 2 bags of Brown Rice per box instructions.
3.) In large sauce pan, add stewed tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, cilantro, basil leaves & browned turkey. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes.
4.) Add Brown Rice and simmer another 5 minutes.
5.) Ready to serve.
