1 pkg Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Medley Brown & Wild 90 sec rice
1 can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
3 cups of fresh broccoli
Directions
Cut the broccoli into chunks and steam until done.
Microwave rice for 90 seconds.
Mix in casserole dish with soup and serve.
I divided this into 4 large servings. Chicken could be added to make a meal.
