Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Dijon or brown mustard
    1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp (toasted) sesame oil
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    1 tsp sugar

Directions

Put all ingredients in a small bowl and blend with a wisk. Makes 4 2-Tbsp servings.
