Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

8 tomatoes or 1 jar Tukas 0 sodium tom paste
    1 bunch brocolli chunky
2-20oz spinach (or 1 fresh bunch)
    8 oz mushrooms
2 lg red sweet peppers chopped
    2 cups chopped cabbage
    1 lb baby carrots
    1 whole celery bunch
    large onion chopped
    2 cups swiss chard
    2 cups romaine
    1/2 cup garlic
    3 turnips chopped
    4 potatoes /skin chopped
    2 cups yams peeled chopped
    6 Tb oregano
    6 T basil
    6 T ground rosemary
3 T coarse ground black pepper
    3 T ground ginger
    24 tsp Worcestershire sause

Directions

Simply put fresh cleaned veggies in 12 quart soup pot with water and simmer for at least 2 hours. You may add salt to taste (I have this prepared for low sodium) I also use one jar of 0 sodium Tukas tomatoe paste in place of whole tomatoes for a thicker, richer veggetable juice.
This makes approximately 6 quarts of strained juice. Veggies are ready for eating also 1 cup servings would be close to the same calories.
Season to taste, I have kept this a healthy , low fat, low salt spicy drink for a great snack or meal replacement.
A daily serving of this can be up to 3 cups per day great for a meal replacement
