    1 tsp olive oil
    3 cloves of garlic, sliced very thin
    2 handfuls of kale, deribbed and sliced


Cut ribs off kale and slice the ruffles into workable pieces.
Saute sliced garlic in oil over medium heat for a minute or two. Add the kale and stir, coating with some of the oil. Add about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook until kale is tender. (About 5 minutes.)
