    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz (remove)
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
    Margarine like spread, approximately 40% fat, 4 tsp (remove)
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, .33 oz (remove)
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.50 cup (remove)


saute onion with butter, add peas. add flour, then stir in milk. add cream of mush mix well heat till thick and bubbly. Mix with pasta and cheese.
