Introduction

Vegatable soup to clean out veggie drawr. Basic soup starter is onion, celery, carrots and some type of beans. Use vegatable or chicken stock in a box, low sodium. Ingredients

    Onion, 1
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Carrots, 1 cup
    Celery, 1 cup
    Kale, 4 cup
    Green peppers, 1
    Beans, 1 can
    Cumin, 2 tbsp
    Hot sauce, 2 tspn
    Salt/Petter to taste

Directions

Sweat chopped onions for 5 minutes while chopping other vegatables. As other vegatables are chopped, add to onions. Add stock in a box and diced tomatoes, or tomatoe sauce depending on supplies. Add spices and salt/pepper to taste. Heat on medium high heat for 30 minutes.
