Ingredients

    3 Tbsp olive oil
    340 grams seafood of choice (SeaQuest Seafood Medley)
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    230 g (approx 8 oz) Fresh Mushrooms
    1 Red Sweet Pepper
    456 grams tomatoes, seeded, chopped
    1 Tbsp dried Basil
    1/3 cup fat free sour cream
    1 large Sweet Onion

    Optional Ingredients, NOT included in Calorie Count
    - 3 Tbsp Light Cream cheese
    - 4 Mozzarella Cheese Slices
    - Milk as needed for preferred thickness

Directions

Makes 8 - 1/2 cup servings

- Heat oil, and saute seafood

- Carefully remove seafood while leaving the juices in the skillet, and saute garlic for one minute

- Add remaining vegetables and bail, and simmer for ten minutes, or until sauce thickens. (Add cheeses)

- Increase heat to medium-high and add sour cream and simmer. Add milk as needed to attain desired sauce thickness. (1/4 - 1/2 cup) You could substitute the milk with clam juice, chicken broth, or water.

- Add to pasta
