Introduction

This is good over fish and baked or with beef. This is good over fish and baked or with beef.

Ingredients

    2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Tbs cracked black pepper
    1/4 cup coarse-grained mustard
    2 Tbs soy sauce
    2 Tbs minced fresh thyme
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

All ingredients must be at room temperature before beginning. In the bowl of a food processor or a mixing bowl with a mixer, process all the ingredients except the oil until combined. With the motor running or the mixer running, very slowly drizzle in the oil. The marinade will thicken. Process for an additional 30 seconds after all the oil is added, then refrigerate until needed.

Dip fish, chicken, or beef in the marinade and cook according to directions.

    Incredible!
    I used this as a marinade for chicken I cooked on the grill. My family loved it. My 4 YO son (recently refusing to eat chicken) ate one tender then asked for more, grabbing the biggest one. Later he said to my wife it is your favorite so I saved you some. The piece left was tiny less than 1x1 cm. - 6/7/14
