Ingredients

    2 pork chops
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1/2 to 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon each dried parsley, oregano, rosemary and garlic powder
    1 egg, scrambled.

Directions

Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet

In a pie plate, mix together panko, spices, and cheese.

Dip chops in egg, and then coat with panko mixture.

Pan fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
