Ingredients

    4 Cups Cooked and cubed organic boneless chicken breasts
    1 can Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
    12 oz Chobani 0% Plain Yogurt
    2 Cups of Shredded Lofat Colby Jack Cheese (Sargento)
    3 Cups of Cooked Brown Rice

Directions

Cook Rice
Bake Chicken Breast in Oven with Mixure of 4 oz. of Chobani Yougurt and a 3/4 Cup of Mild Covered at 350 degrees. Mix Chicken, Yogurt, Rotel, Cheese Soup and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese. Place rice on the bottom of a 9X12 pan. Top Casserole with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.
