Ingredients

    2 cans black beans drained
    1/4 cup Tahini
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth. Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with paprika.

    Very Good
    It was very tasty and easy to make, and a nice change from the regular recipe. I added some cilantro to it, as I put that in my regular hummus as well. - 11/7/10
