Ingredients

1 lb Beef, Dakota Organic Ground
6 Garlic Cloves crushed
5 ozs Onions, chopped
1Cup Celery, chopped
32oz Beef Broth, Pacific Organic
32oz Water
6 oz Tomato Paste, Contadina Organic
28oz Tomatoes, Contadina Crushed Roma
8oz Mushrooms, Two 4oz Cans Drained Giorgio Sliced
16oz Peas, Green
15oz Soy Beans, Black
Directions
1. Brown the Ground Beef in a large pot.
2. Add the Crushed Garlic, Chopped Celery & Chopped Onions to the browned Beef, stirring frequently for about 3 minutes.
3. Add the Mushrooms, Black Soy Beans, Tomato Paste and the Crushed Tomatoes to the pot. Stir frequently for about 3 minutes.
4. Add the Beef Broth and the water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes.
5. Add the frozen Green Peas and cook for another 10 minutes.
You can add ground pepper to the soup if you wish. To cut down on the salt, you can use homemade or low sodium beef broth, more water and fresh instead of canned tomatoes.
